Agency Matrix is Trevco’s core management system — policies, clients, training, and reporting all live there. DeepSuper is an AI agent workspace designed to automate repetitive workflows, surface insights, and connect tools that don’t talk to each other natively.
This plan outlines how we connect the two: letting DeepSuper agents log into Agency Matrix on behalf of your team, extract data, trigger actions, and deliver results — without your staff having to context-switch between systems.
Technical assessment completed. We have fully analyzed the Agency Matrix login page, authentication flow, and API surface. The platform runs on AngularJS + PHP with a Laravel REST API backend — all of which are compatible with automated browser and API-based integration. No CAPTCHA exists. Automation is feasible with the right approach.

Expiry & Renewal Alerts
Daily scan of upcoming policy expirations. Alerts delivered directly to the responsible agent with client name, policy number, and renewal deadline.
Data Entry Assistance
New client intake data collected via a DeepSuper form, then auto-filled into Agency Matrix fields — reducing double entry and data errors.
Performance Dashboards
Weekly automated screenshots or data extracts from Agency Matrix reports, compiled into a formatted dashboard emailed to management.

The integration uses a secure, credential-managed Playwright automation layer that mimics a real browser session — no unsupported API hacks, no screen scraping bots.

🔐 Credentials Are Secure
Agency Matrix login credentials are stored encrypted in DeepSuper’s Connections vault (KMS-encrypted, workspace-scoped). They are never stored in plain text, never logged, and only decrypted at task execution time. Access is controlled by workspace permissions.

Phase 1 — Foundation
Week 1–2- Credential setup: Trevco provides Agency Matrix login credentials → stored in DeepSuper Connections vault
- SSO & 2FA check: Confirm the account uses standard password auth (not SSO). Disable or accommodate 2FA if active.
- Login automation test: Build and verify the Playwright login flow in the sandbox — confirm it authenticates and reaches the dashboard
- Identify target pages: Trevco specifies which sections of Agency Matrix are highest priority (training, reports, client records)
Phase 2 — First Automations
Week 3–4- Training tracker: Daily agent run — logs in, checks team training completion, sends summary to designated recipient
- Report extraction: Weekly pull of the top 1–2 reports Trevco’s management reviews manually today
- Alert setup: Policy expiration scan — daily check, Slack/email notification for renewals due within 30 days
Phase 3 — Chat Integration
Week 5–6- DeepSuper chat interface: Trevco staff can type “Look up client [name]” or “What’s the status on policy #12345?” — agent queries Agency Matrix and responds inline
- On-demand report pulls: Any team member can request a report export without logging into Agency Matrix themselves
- Multi-user support: Agent handles requests from multiple staff members with proper access control
Phase 4 — Advanced Workflows
Week 7+- Data entry automation: New client intake forms feed directly into Agency Matrix — eliminates manual re-entry

🔑 Login Credentials
An Agency Matrix account (existing or new dedicated automation account) with sufficient permissions to access the sections you want automated. Ideally a service account not tied to a specific employee.
📋 Priority Workflow List
A short list of the 2–3 most painful manual tasks your team does in Agency Matrix today. This focuses Phase 2 delivery on immediate ROI.
🔐 2FA / SSO Confirmation
Confirm whether the target account has two-factor authentication enabled, and whether it uses standard username/password or SSO (Zywave Ascension). Standard login is preferable for automation.
📬 Delivery Destinations
Where should automated results go? Options: email, Slack, Google Sheets, a DeepSuper dashboard. We configure the delivery in Phase 2.
